International Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training 2012
Being a Kundalini Yoga teacher is a fantastic way of lifting the consciousness of the collective, sharing love, blessings and healing! It clears your psyche to live in your soul consciousness. As you work with yourself, you become more impactful and able to share, and visa versa. The process works both ways!
The Teacher Training based on Yogi Bhajan's teachings, the master of Kundalini Yoga, is starting again in Gauteng! We have run this course many times since 1999 in the Cape and in Gauteng and are busy with a new intake of interested trainees! Certification Requirements here
We teach the 180 hours in four modules. Each module is an extended weekend (gathering Thursday evening and breaking up Tuesday midday). The course is spread over approx 1 year; the time in-between modules serves to integrate, practice, go to classes, and complete assignments (including self practice, commencing teaching and yogic cleanses).
We would like to start a Cape course later in the year, watch this space and send us your request!
Course Dates Gauteng – Melody Hill Yoga in Magaliesburg
Module 1 23.2 – 28.2.12 Module 3 13.9 – 18.9.12
Module 2 26.4 – 1.5.12 Module 4 29.11 – 4.12.12
You can take this course for teacher's certification or simply because you love yoga! We pair deep, excellent information with experiential activities, just the way to learn well! When you take this training you join an international community of Kundalini Yoga teachers who share the art and science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. www.kriteachings.org, www.yogatech.com and www.3ho.org are resourceful international sites.

This course has grown me: -
to feel strong and confident about my path and secure in the trust that there are many following it with me.. It has reminded me and reaffirmed in me that the only way is truth. sat nam
Although i was relatively inexperienced in the beginning, and felt doubts about my ability to teach Kundalini Yoga, i now feel a lot more confident and empowered, partly because of the effect of the practices themselves in clearing 'baggage' and strengthening my aura, but also due to the guidance and examples of the amazing teachers (including participants). Also the sense that i now have a good support system to draw on where i am not sure about something.
i have found my singing voice, have grown my love of people, it has given me a deeper passion for yoga and helped me shed some baggage which was much needed.
