The White Tantric was a beautiful course. Facilitator Guru Kirn Kaur who travelled from Espanola in New Mexico said that though the meditations were similar, they were all very different. This is the only RENEW TO BE RENEW course that comes with a follow up 40 day meditation. We can expect many feelings and experiences to shift in the 40 days post Tantric. White Tantric Yoga delivers the blessing of a deep healing and cleansing of the psyche. One day we may feel buoyant, ready to hug the world, and the next day we are acutely aware of the boulders that need clearing out.
